I finally had time today to go take a look at this today and bought it. It very much looks like a Monopole Conservatoire II.
It has rolled tone holes and does play through the pads, cork and felt are still in good shape considering that it had been in an attic for the past 10 years. I played it very quickly out on the street so can't comment on the tone or anything else as I was in a completely gated community, every house on the block had bars on all the windows and doors, in East LA and the last thing I wanted to do was draw attention. It had some work to the neck and the missing pearl was in the original case
